With this book we jump 500 years in the future. The old characters are gone except from being referenced (and revered) throughout the book. Obviously new ones are introduced and some of them, in particular the main protagonist, are descendants of the original heroin.
This is a bit of a strange movie. Part of it feels like a pretty good, dark and gritty thriller, part of it feels like a wannabe Tarantino movie and part of it feels like a comedy. Overall I would classify it as a B-movie but a pretty good B-movie. As strange as the movie is I have to say that I liked it.
I could write about Brownstone kicking ass, Shay kicking ass, Bronwstone’s buddies kicking ass, the bantering, how much I like most of the characters and all that. But it would more or less just be a repeat of what I’ve written numerous times already. The series is still going pretty strong.
